We have received news from our contacts in Worldbank on the WWTP and sewer system tender for Vinh Long / Mekong Delta:
“The Vinh Long project has not become effective yet. In fact we are waiting the gov to sign the financing agreement in June. So nothing has started yet. All tender documents will be posted on the WB procurement site once Vinh Long moves ahead with the implementation. I’m not sure when that will be but I think it will probably be towards the end of the calendar year…”
