Investment list received from DOFA

The water:hub has recently established a close contact to HCMC’s Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA), which is in charge of working with international infrastructure investors.
We have received and translated the attached list of water projects that are “calling for investment”. Mentioned projects are all relatively big and there is apparently no intention for tendering, hence it looks like they are waiting for investors that are willing to have individual negotiations.
We believe the attached list provides a feeling on the needs and demands particularly in wastewater management. Reportedly, Feasibility Studies are available.
We have agreed on a follow-up meeting between the water:hub and DOFA during the GEFE in November, where details could be discussed and clarified.
